Astrigue 2009 matters. prizes. and stuff.

Alright, it seems that the items / price list has more or less been completed, you can write the invoice based on that price list i sent in the previous email *(if absolutely correct already). Only make minor changes to price if necessary, if some minor error in rounding off the 3% discount or stuff was made, though its not very significant (i think?)...

Anyways, about the express shipping thing, ONLY if there is a 100% probability to have express shipping AND the binoculars can arrive by friday / saturday afternoon (latest) then we wouldn't mind paying extra costs, probably up to S$650 in total expenditure for the whole list of items (which means approximately S$76 more for express shipping).

But if the shipment is not really likely to be here by saturday by any means, i think we'll just stick to original plan of you providing a 1-to-1 redeemable "binoculars voucher" or something that we will pay for. basically i think you will write the estimated date that the shipment would arrive and from there onwards the prize winners/owners can phone you for your free delivery of the binoculars to the prize winner's home / school. i suppose this is correct then?

[As for our part, we have someone who has an old box of the same binoculars (and i think the plan is like this) which we would 'present' to the prize winners and then give them the "binoculars voucher" and with a set of instructions or something.]

As for the other listed items which are presently in stock, just write the invoice in, to hwachong. For the binoculars, just write the invoice in with the original listed price as well if theres no 100% chance that ANY express shipment can arrive on time for saturday.
(i.e. invoice + collection of the items + "binoculars voucher" at the same time)

Do message me or Eng Wei on when to collect the items (with the "binoculars voucher") as when most convenient to you.

Lastly, I overheard something about the 3% discount coupons or something? Which means we will have to mention something good about Astrobargains for extending help for the prizes or something, I know Eng Wei is more sure of this particular point than me.

I'm En Hao from the HCI Astro club,

I know Eng Wei has sent the quotations to you earlier on to check on stock availability of the items for Astrigue prizes, we have decided to keep to within budget by removing our order of the Sky Atlas for all categories and just go ahead with the Monopoly set. (do refer to attachment on the changes)

We would also like to check on alternative/similar products quite soon (if some items are not available).

Also, for the monopoly set, can you help us check if given the normal price at 96 dollars, shipment could arrive by about 24 or 25th april, if not, how much do we need to pay for express shipment and when will be the date that the shipment can arrive by.

Also, is it possible for you to offer us Vouchers with no (deadline) conditions for the prize winners of Astrigue?
