first we had council campaigns this morning!
really lame lah the videos,
as compared to last year's one. hahaha...
got scolded for h geog tutorial cos' a bunch of ppl didnt submit the TNC report thing. heck lah. i'm really tired out. p geog lecture was fun, we were discussing about the effects of building dams to control flooding, and then i sort of alrdy knew they would talk about the salmons that swim upstream and all that. then mrs chua showed us two very 'sensational' videos of salmons swimming upstream. one depicts a short 'waterfall' and bears above there, and then it says that "for every one salmon caught, hundreds make it safely upstream" or something. the second video was about salmons flapping vigorously on the water surface across a really shallow stream.
yay lessons ended! then weiyang's peer tutoring for econs tutorial 3c was damn... quite good lah, i wouldn't say is due to his pure skills, it was also partially due to the fact that deborah how went through the tutorial with his class alrdy. yeah. AD/AS has been understooded alrdy. i guess. after the peer tutoring session, i went to canteen to eat/drink and bought strawberry icecream x2 scoops from yanqi and the interact club, as they were raising funds for some organization. so it was strawberry icecream in a plastic drinking cup with a plastic spoon. ate the vegetarian version of fan choy also. gah, my money. nevermind.
went to A402 and kiayee and philemon were there. yeah. skip the boring part about chris and his great plans. the team of RJ astro arrived yay! there was some random briefing and then the facilitators were brought around and toured the campus. and so we, the non-facils, stayed in A402 and did a few confirmations here and there.
then after awhile we were suggested to bring the logistics team on a 'school tour' of the audi, LT, our HQ (B103 for convention) and also the two routes linking college to high sch canteen. we did visit LT2 (backtrack a little, when they finally opened the LT and then the people were walking off towards the SRC staircase). yes LT2 is cool! the AVA things even cooler! and we toyed around with the lighting and stuff. oh well, for the forward trip after the LT2 stop, we went by the super long way under the shelter. ziming rocks, appearing at some point near our destination, the high sch canteen. after a really long walk, we reached the canteen! yay! i exchanged coins with kiayee, and the vending machine ate up my 80cents for the 'H2O' dammit. nevermind. i got the green tea! ok. it was to cool off my alrdy slightly sweaty body. and then after stoning around the food vending machine and at the staircase junction separating the air rifle place and the bookshop (the platform, between the stairs that leads to up there and down there, the basketball court), we finally decided to take the super shortcut! okay great! and walk, and saw that row of condominiums with swimming pool there and then we stoned awhile. yesh, talked to michelle about needing to lead the grp and to just continue walking, if not they will just stone there until the sun sets. hahaha! that was awesome. we walked to the path of the SRC and down all the way back to the LT, and then back to A402. the main aircon got shutoff by the guards, and they opened the windows. awww. yup.
joy wanted to refill water. so me+kiayee+joy went to the 3rd floor left wing watercooler place outside the restrooms. heh. joy went into the restroom awhile... and then after that we decided to visit LT2 and see if our ppl were still there or something. but there were only sikai and ziming there. i think? and then we talked quite some bit on ghost stories and stuff. hahaha. then joy commented on the (insert word here) restroom. with 2 doors shut and nobody inside, and dripping water. really creepy. i never knew hc had such kind of "standard of living". lol. whatever ghost stories lah. then after that we went back to A402 for packing up and then zhao-ing.
yay dinner! i phoned home, and then i'm free from home-dinner. so i just went with the RJ ppl for dinner! yay. i talked alot, alot with michelle o_o maybe cos' she is a newer member to RJ astro and then she was from nygh! really interesting. it was a great dinner with this team, at adam road food centre. yeah. michelle has this slight resemblence to jasmine goh from co.
